We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was super clean and even better than we expected. I contacted the host beforehand because we had a bad experience at another place in Yerevan, and he was extremely helpful and responsive. The check-in was quick and easy, we booked last minute and were able to check in just 30 minutes later. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe, with great restaurants, shops, and a lovely park nearby. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Yerevan next time!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at 2 seperate Hotelise apartments in Yerevan. They were both in prime location which made walking around the city a breeze. The apartments themselves were beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. It was truly a highlight of my trip to have a comfortable place to call home.

Great apartment in one of the best locations in Yerevan. We had an issue with the dishwasher but it was quickly fixed by the host. Check-in and check-out was easy and good communication all the time. Recommended, however you might also check other options with Hotelise not in the center and better price.

A bright, modern 2 bedroom apartment in a ritzy part of Yerevan. Walkable to all live music venues, an abundance of hip and groovy cafes and restaurants as you walk out of the building. It’s most redeeming feature was lots of natural light makes this modern apartment warm and inviting. Will be my first choice when next visiting Yerevan. Jim Australia

Michael and his Air Bnb are a beautiful stay in Yerevan, conveniently located in the city, walkable to central Yerevan attractions. I have been to Yerevan 10 times and this was the most enjoyable Air Bnb I have been. Clean, modern and beautiful place.

This is a great apartment that costs more than they charge for it. Very spacious, premium furnishings and appliances. Huge bed, comfortable orthopedic mattress and pillows, great sleep. Loggia with a great high-rise city view, with armchairs and a table, with exits to the living room and bedroom. Water was thoughtfully left in the sparkling clean refrigerator)) Thank you for the excellent service and care for the guests 🙏 for the next trip to Yerevan, first of all, I will look for available dates here

The location is the best, lively area, safe, well lit and clean lobby/elevator. Having a washing machine was a big bonus. The apartment was clean and comfortable, good A/C , modern, and explicit detailed instructions made check in very easy. Sink in bathroom could use a touch up as the wood is peeling due to water, but not an issue, just a suggestion..Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location. Clean apartment. Everything was just lovely. In proximity to everything you can possibly need. Loved the 24 hour supermarket that was right down the street. Came in so handy. Don’t hesitate. Book. ❤️🇦🇲

We had a fantastic stay at Micheal’s place. The location couldn’t be better right on Pushkin and Saryan with all the restaurants and bars! The house is very clean, very well equipped with washing machine, AC and most importantly a coffee machine 😉 Micheal was a great host. We will be definitely back.
